Birthday run

Comments:
Its my 33rd birthday. I decided to start running again! I have commited to 30 minutes of cardio every day for the next 100 days in an effort to revive my love of running. This is day 1.

Ran for 23 minutes. Started to feel a tinge in my back and walked the last 7 mnutes briskly. I am not disappointed in this run. Started slower than I would have liked, but it payed off as the run went on. distance logged is the run portion only.
