So I started this speed workout with the B group, but I was leading them pretty easily so Jorma moved me to the C group to give me people to run with. It's pretty exciting that I was running with the Varsity guys, and it felt good throughout the workout. Toe nail's still hurting, though.
It was 400, 600, 800, 800, 800, 600, 400.
