Comments:
ran from west to east at 5:45 pace,which did feel so great in the workout but i think it was still good. then warmed up for the hard workout. didnt get a cooldown in at all becuase i had to go home and do homework. i got 4 hours of sleep last night and probably will get the same tonight because i have to annotate gatsby and write 3 essays on it.
