Comments:
This was the second run of my 100 days of cardio. I was pretty sore after yesterdays run, so i didnt go this morn. Had a yoga class in the morn and went to buy some technical wear in teh afternoon to run in- So i am "invested" =) run felt very good. kept a slightly fast pace and went 3-400 meters further. stopped at 25 mins, cooled /brisk walk for 5 mins. No increase in pain.
