about 15 mins warm up, then 12 mins of steady state.

25' on a 5 min loop with 30 secs of a hard hill. Doubled back a few times to help on the hill. The more I run with her, the more faith I have that she can go to London.

This workout was great for me too! Probably my best LT workout so far! I can see improvement.
