Why I ran early this morning, I dont really know... Everyone went at 9, but I woke up at 9. I did want to get the run out of the way in the morning, so I rolled out and eat and heated. Around 10, people rolled back, and CHris was going back out for more. Did a SHHS loop, then headed up SP to Warrnesville, and back to the house on Meadowbrook and Cedar. The weather was crappy again, rainy and cold. Not many people out... also the ground was puddly. Felt decent for a long, and a tough race yesterday though. I still had stomach cramps last night dang! Anyways was a little sore, but felt good. Hammy was kinda tingly everyonce and a while, but decent.
Got back to the house, grabbed my ID, then ran down to Veale to lift. It was prety empty, and I got through it. Wasnt too sore, but kept same weights mostly. Felt pretty swole after. Didnt do band raises because the closet was locked :(. Afterward, ran back up to the house.
Quick stretch and roll upstairs because We wanted to get to Breakfast at Yours Truly in Shaker Square. L7 when I got back, then some icing later in the day. Good stuff hopefully I can get more sleep tonight :). Get ready because we are going to be doin more work next week as usual. After we chat, we will know what to do. We made it this far, so do it.
