Weather: very muddy, chilly and some cold rain
Comments:
made my main goal to get Tim this race, because i figured that if i did that, i would do really well. I went out in the first mile drafting off of brian crimmons, which felt easy and i should have continued but i let go too much instead, then i race he res of it not easily, but i saved too much for the end. i had a great kick, but i should have gone sooner because i didnt caatch the ithaca guys.
