Resting the ankle. Got on the bike after doing some HW upstairs in the afternoon. Decent ride, sweated a bunch. I was trying to figure out why they have the Food Channel on in the cardio room... It doesnt make sense. Also decided that on my first car when I press the horn, "Move Bitch" by Ludacris will start playing.
Changed quickly for a swim
Up out of the pool to do hurdle drills finally, then static 2, roll, L7 and planks & pushups before icing my ankle down at the ice bath. Legs feel good, but the ankle is still tender, and looks a little bruised. Ill tape it up.
