Comments:
ran 8.4 in 59:30 and then the second 8.4 in 1:56. came back 3 minutes faster and then ran 4 minutes to get 2 hours. felt really good. 2 loops of the west river/kelly drive loop. no goo. temps in mid-upper 40s. ran with dave and joe norton.
