Comments:
1000s at the park on left at the end of MLK. It was again, wet and soggy, but this was a good workout for most. Our chemistry was good, and we all made it tough. The times were 3 - :07, 10, 09, 10, 09, 09, 15, 09 I believe and it was getting kinda sloppy surface wise too. Back to Veale for the lift, stretching, abs, rolling, hips, and push-ups. IB tomorrow
