Comments:
Easy over ot the park then 2 intervals on each hill of the course, one longer one then one shorter one. Very sore from yesterday so certainly not the best, stomach started to give me trouble after the 3rd one. Ughhh.
Only ran a half mile cooldown but ran a quarter in gym and played football so most likely got at least another quarter in.
