Split tempo again

Comments:
Ran the same workout we did last Monday today plus some extra strides at the end. I felt like it was a good workout over all. I wasn't too happy with my second 3 mile segment. I split it badly going out too fast and having to slow down. I've been doing well sitting back early in races and I feel like this would help in practice. Its weird usually stuff like this would happen the other way around. The 200's at the end were really pleasing to me. I was surprised at how easily I was able to run as fast as I did considering I haven't run that fast for a vary long time. Definitely a confidence boost for the coming weeks.

WU the usual to MLK plus a mile. Misc drills

2x3 mile tempo out and back on MLK with 3 min rest between
