I was exhausted all day today and just didn't have it in the workout. I was originally supposed to do the 10k workout which was 5x1 min. afterward, but decided to end after the first part. Coach told us not to hammer these today and I was tired to start, so I tried to relax. If I'd tried to push them, it would have been a disaster. I am not sick; I just haven't slept much lately.
