Comments:
Beautiful day for a workout. A split tempo - 2 x 3 mile. David, Peter, CWade, Corey, and I were 16:26 for the first 3 and then Chris and I finished only several seconds in front of David and peter for the second 3 at 16:17. I was really happy that we were able to speed up in the second three and the tempo effort was sustained except for the very end perhaps. HR was 164 though, so in a fine range. Then to the track for 6 x 200 m and then back to Veale.
Stretching, rolling.
Abs, Hips, Push-Ups and an ice bath before bed.
