Comments:
Ran with Steve this morning for my normal easy run. He was looking for 8 so I decided at the end to cut it there and then run a little bit more than usual in the afternoon. My calves are destroyed from the spikes yesterday and I definitely feel it all over my body too. Run wasn't bad though. We set out to find this golf course and succeeded which was cool.
