Comments:
Only got like 3- 3.5 miles in at practice today since we did the stupid "10's" workout so wanted ot get some extra miles in. Intention was to get this run in at about 7 flat to 7:15 pace apparently my body had other ideas...felt really easy until the last 400 when I went about 2 mile pace. Right around the 3 mile mark I was burping up my dinner and had cramps in my stomach and still ran this decent pace.
