felt pretty good today as far as the stomach went but as coach told me, i felt tired leg wise. she said the bumped up tempo pace would definitely be harder on my legs and that she pretty much didnt care if it trashed my workout for today. it didnt trash it but it was a lot harder than i wanted it to be. ran the whole thing with peter. it was hard but i got through it.
