Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
3-2-1 tempo. ran with ben and john e, and aaron for the latter part. 5:40 pace. the first one was a little slow, i trying not to control the pace, but i guess in this group i can't let someone else pace, it doesnt get it done. noted. anyway, john compensated for that slow start, but i knew just finishing off that section at correct pace would be fine. hit the 5:40 rest of the way. on the mile barnes told us to go slower... dont really know why, i dont know why i went slower either it was way too relaxed, i didnt even have to think during the last mile. it was a weird workout after running so fast on monday. whatever. resting up for obelrin the next two days.
