Didnt get to it until 230 am. Had a long day of running around it is was the only time i could fit it in. Chose to bike instead because I have strained my achillies. It is killing me. I limped trying to walk all day. I ant to stay on my commitment, but i need to find alternative exercises for he moment. hopefully it will clear up quickl.
