This was supposed to be a little hard and it was, or at least I thought so. I was struggling some by the end and I was starting to wonder how I ran this pace for a 5k on Saturday. However, I'm still not really used to running hard yet, and I'm bound to have some below average days, especially in semi-pacing workouts. However, I didn't run badly today, it just wasn't great.
