Worked on keeping arms wide (xover).
6x100 Pull on 2'

Was able to maintain a descent both times. To increase speed, I focused on moving as much water as possible with closed fingers and forearms. Also focused on accentuating the roll. Each 100 felt good. The word for the slowest 100s is SLICE, because it felt like slicing through the water. The faster 100's as well, but getting tired diminished the slice feeling.
