Weather: Beautiful day for a long run

Comments:
Long run on Monday per CoachL's direction. Interesting to do a long run today. My calves are still really sore. Idk about them. Kinda booked it this long run. There was no workout today so I think this was okay. It felt really good to stretch it out on this long run. I feel like every once and awhile I need this just to like clear my stuff out. Real good run.
Static 1, roll, ibisx40, hips, ice bath for 10 minutes (this was really cold!)
