Comments:
first indoor workout today and it was pretty tough actually. not used to running inside and i felt light headed by the end. 10x200 @ 30 with 1min rest. splits were (30.0--31.2--30.2--30.8--30.8--31.3--32.4--32.2--31.7--30.9) a few at the end weren't that great. it was hard to recover in a minute later on in the workout.
