Cardio room

Yea, I felt pretty sore today, so I decided to keep xtraining on tuesdays. Chilled in the locker room for a while, then headed up to the cardio room to go into a standard bike. Went kinda hard, felt good. Got to watch EMT's birthday bash at the end. Felt tired again after, and my legs are pretty sore, probably from lifting. Quads and Hammies.

Swim in old pool

Back up for a good selfcare/essential session. Hurdle drills, foot drills, static 2, rolling, L7 and planks. Then did a wall hang and some icing. Looking for the hard workout tomorrow. Hopefully I can shake out in the morning. Also, the weather is supposed to be shit later this week...
