Morning Run

Weather: Cool but no rain

Comments:
Kinda hard to force myself out this morning and to get into a kind of up tempo pace. I was glad I did though. Felt pretty good even though I can still feel my left calf all the time. Just chilled with my Ipod. I started off thinking pretty negative thoughts but was able to turn it around by the end of the run. Gotta stop doing that. I'm getting more sleep than I have been but I'm feeling tired during the day still. Maybe I'm recovering from stuff that I haven't before? Who knows.
