Comments:
Really good run with Brandon up and around the second lake and back down northpark. I ran for a couple minutes on the track and did striders after doing hurdles. On the day, I ran 1:10:00 so I am calling it 9.5. Then, stretching, rolling, abs, push-ups, gluts, and swimming.
