First Lake

Comments:
We were all feeling sore from the work outs and from the liftng. My left hammy is still real tight, getting better, feels like a knot, but not a pull. Went on a real chill first lake, just to loosen up, tomorrow will be tough, I hope I feel a bit looser then… We all had on red shirts too. It was legit. Kinda cold out also… Not a beautiful day. Foot feels way better, just hoping hammy will loosen up.

Got back, striders around the track, then self care again. Static 1, roll, L7, abs and icing the hammy.
