Comments:
The weather was gorgeous for our progression run at South Chargin. Paul C. and I stayed on the bridle path and aimed for by feel 7:15 pace for the first 5, 6:30 for the next 5-6, and then 5:45 for the last 5. Felt pretty good for the long progression. Stretching.
Rolling, Abs, Gluteals, and Push Ups at home.
