I LOVE PROCRASTINATION (well not really procrastinating, copying and pasting from word.)! 10x300 with over easy's. Mostly at or near the back of the pack, slap in the face reminder I have no turnover .   Averaged 72-73.  Eh, not worried though, still really liked the workout.  I'm in awe of how strong the girls team looks right now (guys as well, but I mostly saw girls running it today).  Add on yogfest after with Marisa Cori Julia Melanie and Alessa, was hard, achy.
