Comments:
Crescent trail with top 10 guys and Wittney. Knew the 3xmile was coming either this week or early next week. Wasnt feeling super, and Anthony said I could do it saturday as well, but for some reason I was really feeling it today and really wanted it today. Figured I'd be alone, but not worried. 3xmile with supposively 2:30 recovery (cut it down to 2, eager to go hehe) Target pace was 815 which seemed quite quite slow, ran the first in 802 uphill, felt very controlled and a bit confused as to why this target pace. Next was downhill, wanted to go faster, but again, still controlled, finished in 728. I really wanted to see waht I could do without going all all out on the 3rd, 1/2 up 1/2 down. Finished in 703, gave a lot. Quite pleased, but still hungry for more (which I guess was the point). Very tired after, good sign. It was so so awesome to see the guys run as a pack like that, even though its nothing new, just spoke to how talented they all are and how they really used each other.
