6:45PM. An even later start today, my boss started to talking to me about his upcoming inline marathon at the end of the day, decided today was the day to start doing some simple workouts.

Terry Hershey Park: east to Dairy Ashford and back
Simple fartlek: minute on, minute off, saw a girl wearing a t-shirt from one of the latest high school meet I ran in, decent workout, ended right at the end of the recovery interval
