had a really bad race. just didnt feel good. it didnt feel like i mentally broke down until after, and it didnt feel like lactic acid either. it just seemed one notch too fast to stay with. i think it had a lot to do with the cold, my breathing, and epecially stride rate. anyway, time to carry on and get into focus, cause i have to do well at sectionals.
