Comments:
After another pool visit, did a run on Rexius, adding on some of the Powerline Trail, then did some strides and 400s. Went hard, trying the stride mech at faster speeds. Splits:
:75, :73, :75, :73, :73.
Felt pretty good and fast, even on the uneven surfaces.
