biked with brandon. had a real good talk while biking pretty easy. i felt alright, my knees seem to have gotten better, and i think i'll bike friday and then start back up running full time saturday. hopefully getting back into things again. excited to cheer for the conference team. if i can't race with them, might as well lose my voice cheering!
