ran with david and joe after sages. ran 8. felt good during the run, but after, my knees were sore still...
it was a real quiet on the run. not sure why, david and joe must have had as many things on their minds as me. i was a little depressed again thinking about this weekend. as much as i wish i could watch this race with full spectator enthusiasm, but i still get a little flustered when i realize i should be racing. its so hard. i'm just so pissed. i've never wanted another chance more in my life. never have i been so disappointed in myself. on the second half of the run i kind of got over it thought about track. no offense to anyone who is or isnt running this weekend, but i feel like there are a select few people on this team who will be able to beat me in track in anything 3k and up. certainly no where near ten. the track is my domain, plain and simple, and i plan to make sure it stays that way this season. goals for track: run all-ohio indoor; pr in every event i run: 4:30 mile, 8:55 3k, 15:15 5k, 32:30 10k; pr in an 8k during the 10k. go to both conference meets, score at one of them; run the 10k well more than once for confidence in an 8k. thought about a few other things considering life right now. debated a few decisions, decided on none...
