Went alone as everyone else was leaving for Chicago. Had my route planned out and a subconscious goal of sub 7 pace but just took it easy. Coming back on South Park next to the second lake I just got into a rhythm and started rolling still felt really easy, just like I could run forever. When I finished I didn't even feel tired, which was awesome. Good luck to the guys and girls at UAA's. Sorry I can't come watch.
