Chill-Y Steady State

Comments:
Good steady state with David and CKells. We averaged 5:43/mi for 7.75 up north park, to warrensville, and back SP. Felt pretty good during, and after I felt real sore again. Hurdles and lifting escalated this feeling. The essentials + an ice bath which i badly needed.
