Well, kinda a crappy day. Hope I am getting them out of the way. My ankle was real swollen and sore this morning. I was going to bike down to keep off it, but my bike got stolen last night. I havnt been having good Halloweens. Limped down hill with CKells, then went about my day putting compression on. It wasnt feeling very good throughout the day. Got to Veale, saw Jess, she sugessted xtraining until the swelling goes down, then wrapping it and going. SOunds like I am going to have to finish the way I started with the ankles. Anyways. I biked in the cardio room. I went pretty hard for a lot of it, def got a good workout. Swim after.

Then went over for hurdles, stretch, roll, hammies, L7, abs and a leg hang. Got stretched out real good. Legs feel much better, but I am still swollen down there. Went down for ESTEM and ice on my ankle after. Looks like I will probably bike the 1000s, then look to get wrapped for the miles on Friday.
