Ran the Phi-K. Warmed up to Northside and then with Kurt Jensen. I was on 18:00 pace exactly at the mile but my hamstrings were tightening up somewhat. Picked it up anyway and was in a very solid fourth behind Grogan, DC, and Dong until a little after a mile and a half where I made a wrong turn and added on .35 miles. Had a good time anyway and still got 7th. Didn't really race the second bit, more like a hard tempo, but I still had fun running. Tim Smith and Corey Bowen won prizes from the raffle which was cool. Cool down with Tim, Grogan, and Paul Z. Sorry it's no PR but such is life. It'll happen at some point. Time is what I heard at the finish line. They lost times after 7th place so I might be able to find it online at some point.
