Comments:
Regionals week, keeping the legs fresh. Its also getting dark out so much earlier. Went out the the track to do some intervals to get the legs moving. Cant do them out on the roads because the surface, and the grass is too risky now. Warmed up with David, then did a little lap for 1.5 usual. Workout was 6 x 400, 2 x 300, 5 x 200 with equal rest. They were faster than rce pace, to get out speed "up to Speed" which is really good for me... we stuck together for most of them, and we all looked smooth. we were chatting the whole time. I felt good too, they were fast. Finished under the lights. Splits were 77, 72, 73, 71, 71, 71, 52, 52, 32, 32, 32, 33, 31
Cool down back to veale, jumped in the pool quickly before water polo took over. It was kinda cold...
Stretch static 1, roll and L7 in the training room before hitting up that ice bath. The showers afterward were not hot!! WTF i was freezing after practice. Leg hang tonight. Also, ankle felt better, and knee wasnt bad running either. Im feeling it...
