LT Training

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny but windy

Comments:
15' warm up going into 12' at steady state, drills and strides, then 20' at LT on a 5' loop with a 30" hill, a few strides, then 15' cool down.

Done wit my Polar on; all distances estimated. The wind was a factor and it made it hard to really hammer the hills.
