shaker lake shake out

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with Ethan in the afternoon. Legs felt shot last night, thought it would be a good idea to shake everything out. Also, I was tired of studying and needed to get outside. It was nice out. Went with Ethan up NP, he kept going at woodland I turned around and came back fairmount. Legs were ok we went really slow. Ankle was weak thought. Def time to rest it and do strengthening on it. Might run on and off this week, then take the next 2 weeks off from running and xtrain and rehab.

Stretch, L7 (3:30 now, plan to be at 5 min for outdoor track) and roll and ice. Thats it folks. Hope we have a meeting soon to wrap up everything, and look to the future as always.
