8:55.5 for the 3k(8th)! and 4:39 to win the slow heat of the mile.
Hot damn, I'm in shape. 3k felt very hard, but was a 9 sec. PR Once I get some speed on these legs I'll really be ready to throw down. Went into the mile relaxed and sat and kicked the last 400m. Felt surprisingly controlled. Overall a GREAT meet.
