Literally my favorite type fo weather today but I think saturday finally hit me today cause my legs were really really sore anddd I worked out real hard last night too. Little did I know we were timing...the mile. The one time trial I was actually gonna try on, and I felt like complete shit. 74,77,79,79. I wanted to run 5:00-5:05 but with the soreness in me today, that just wasn't happening. Very agitating. Oh well, after that did 3x300 (54,53,54) at a little faster than mile pace then a cooldown. Not a bad day I guess, just wish I would have known we were timing today :(
