Comments:
Real quick swim after a day of meetings. Just went 20 minutes. It was pretty chill. Focused on breathing. Coach reiterated how important it is to use that time to visualize a race. I can do that.
Quick stretch, roll, L7 before a little ice and shower.
Had meeting with coach today. Got the plan mapped out in a word document. I stuck to the plan over summer break and it paid off. Its pretty similar, so I know what to do. Real excited about this season. Bringing in so many elements to get better. I had fun racing well in cross. Coach and the team is counting on me to do what I need to do, to do what I can do
