Apartment, Eldridge, Terry Hershey Park: east to Wilcrest and back

8:00AM. Sleep: 9 hr. Didn't get up in time for Black Friday deals, so I went for a run instead, definitely sore from the race yesterday, took it easy, a bit warmer than anticipated, stretch, core & pushups.
