Comments:
1 2 3 4 5 4 3 2 1 with recovery equal to half the interval. Ran it around the lake. Solid workout, kept it under control, and got in just under 10k of work. Might have slowed down a bit on the second half, but it's hard to tell only taking splits every 1.35.
