Weather: 50 ish a little sprinkle

Comments:
Ran with a large group for my first run coming back for track. CoachL and I came up with a plan and I like it. I'm confident in the training and I'm ready to go the entire distance this year. It's gonna be good.
5 mile real chill run today. God its good to be running again. Kept things under control. Didn't feel particularly awesome during the run. I'm tired tonight. Strides felt decent. It'll come as I get back into things.
Pre-run: ibisx40, pushups 2x15, hipsx15, pullups and dips.
Post-run: 6 strides (just tried to stay between mile and 5k pace except for the last couple), static 1, roll
RHR: 54
