Weather: Swim in the old pool
Comments:
Swam in the old pool. Blaire was the lifeguard. I talked to her a little before and a lot after.
Good swim. I feel like I'm slowly getting better. My goal is to do this at least twice a week throughout track season. Hopefully I'll get to be a semi decent swimmer by then. Mostly a breath every 2 strokes but some after 4. Tried to swim continuously for as long as possible.
Spartan 3: 2x26, pushups 2 x 15, hips x 15, pullups and dips
