Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
With the sleet group, 4 mile loop cutting off at Chesapeake. Very nice run, very happy. Lifting schedule set to Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and the non weight stuff to Tuesday/Thursday. Always get anxious the week before Fata, even though I know it doesnt make a difference.
Side note-Apparantly I have fatty pad trauma below the side of my pinky toe-its been tingling/funky/creaky for the past two weeks and I figured I'd ask Veronica today. She squished it in using tape and feels lots better so I'll keep taping for awhile
